Encubator is Chalmers’ Venture Creation incubator. We realise ideas together with two of the Masters’ programmes within Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship.

A traditional incubator helps entrepreneurs to commercialize ideas by providing financing, networks, business advice and infrastructure. The idea provider is normally the one who runs the project.

Encubator is an unique incubator which combines incubation with entrepreneurial education. The key concept is to attract ideas from various idea providers, add business developers and provide the tools and support. The idea provider is part of the team but does not become the entrepreneur and business developer.

Each year we run about 10-12 innovation projects in our incubator. Out of these 5-6 will reach the goal of incorporation.
